Updating WP to the latest version

Hi,

I purchased the themeforest on the 18th of November 2013 and the Item Purchase Code: 38a71ea8-b160-4d42-a9f0-d3721d64cd28. I need to update the WP to the latest version 4.3 and the website goes out of sync. I contacted a few technical support people and they have mentioned that I need to change the theme as this theme is NOT compatible with future versions of WP. Is that really true?

If not, how do I update the WP so that I do not face any difficulty regarding my website? My URL is www.epicarehome.com.

I need your help so that I can resolve this issue.

1. You havent run the updater yet. Theres a button at the top.
2. You havent uploaded/replaced updated woocommerce files in cb-cosmetico.
Ones for layout are in cb-cosmetico/woocommerce/global
and
cb-cosmetico/woocommerce/loop

I have successfully completed the first step that was requested by you, which was to update WooCommerce by using the button on your dashboard. The dashboard reported the process as successful:

However, the website still looks the same as before. The second requested step states:

This step states that you will need to upload the updated WooCommerce files in the theme cb-cosmetico. Since we do not have access to these files, you will need to manually upload them and replace them in the theme's directory, as your developer advised. The directory on your account where the theme resides is:

If you do not know where these updates files are, I recommend contacting your developer for further suggestions and assistance.

Can I use the old themeforest file?
There is no old themeforest file, you just need to update the theme.
Old one wont work with new woocommerce.
Make sure to backup files (if you changed them before).
